Parent may opt to withdraw their child 14 days prior to the start date of the program and receive the amount paid less $50 (Non-refundable admin and operational fee). No Credit will be issued if withdrawal request is made with less than 14 days prior to the start date or if the program has already started. Withdrawal requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org No refund or credits are issued for missed practices, cancellations due to inclement weather, communicable diseases, or school facility cancellations.
